About us and why we do, what we do:
We have been visiting The Gambia for about 25 years now, originally to see my Fathers family and reconnect with them. We fell in love with The Gambia and the people there and we have been going back twice a year for many years now. We quickly realised there were ways in which we could help people in The Gambia with low cost small projects that would make a big difference for families and children. So we have been sending and distributing donations since 2012 when we started the charity.
We are a little known charity, doing very small projects, but making a difference to some. We are thankful to our supporters, friends and colleagues who in the last 2 years have committed to sending monthly donations. These donations support costs to buy items to ship supplies and donations, pay shipping cost transport and support families, children and communities. 100% of donations go into the charitable work we do, we do not use any monies raised for admin travel or any other costs only to help others.
